Asher Roth is back with a new banger entitled “Common Knowledge”. While he’s been in a musical rut of sorts, he’s still managed to drop a few mixtapes and stray tracks here and there. Asher’s been busy as of late gearing up for the release of his next mixtape called Pabst & Jazz. This Blended Babies produced track has a raw drum loop which is complimented by a jazzy bassline.
Asher spits his witty wordplay well over top of this gritty beat. Although, he has not put out much in awhile his talent is still well entact. No word yet as to when we can expect this project, stay tuned. For now though, check out the new track “Common Knowledge” after the jump, let us know what you think.

“Time Leak” features Talib Kweli on the verses and Sly Johnson’s soulful belting on the hooks. The music video pays homage to The Matrix, Alien, the work of David Cronenberg, and any other spacey cult classic you can name drop. The visuals show Union ‘controlling” a female body with their instrumentals, eventually bringing her to life and getting her to dance. This single is available on a very special 12″ offering from Fat Beats Records newest and most mysterious signees, Union.

Houston’s own Slim Thug recruits Curren$y for a new track titled “Can’t Stop.” The track might be something you would to ride out to while putting some of that kush in the air.

Kooley High links up with Justus League emcee Median once again for their new single “Yeah Yeah” produced by DJ Prince. The track will appear on the Carolina group’s upcoming album David Thompson, which drops December 6th on Fat Beats.

tabi Bonney drops the music video to his single “Feeling More” which features Nicole Wray. The Ski Beatz produced song is included on tabi Bonney‘s latest album The Summer Years.

Yelawolf goes even harder on the remix to his raucous single “Hard White (Up in the Club)” featuring T.I. and his Shady Records labelmates Slaughterhouse. The Alabama MC’s Shady debut Radioactive drops November 21.

J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League affiliate Laws joins Celph Titled & Buckwild on their latest single “While You Slept” off the upcoming Nineteen Ninety More project. The 2-disc follow-up to Celph & Buckwild’s Nineteen Ninety Now LP includes four unreleased tracks from the original recording sessions, 3 songs previously available only on vinyl and instrumentals for all these songs as well as Demigodz/D.I.T.C. duo’s debut LP. Hip-Hop’s masked villain DOOM formerly known ofcourse as MF Doom is back with something new. He teams up with Radioheads Thom Yorke & Johnny Greenwood. This serves as the first single from Lex Records’ forthcoming tenth anniversary compilation album titled “Complex”.

So far we’ve heard Royal Flush’s contributions to the Stankonia Sessions, now we get one of SMKA’s creations via “Feeling Free” with Fashawn & Phil Ade. The Grooveshark presented project, which was created entirely during this year’s A3C Festival, will be released on November 16th.
